An Interactive Lecture on Organizational Resilience

“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” – Nelson Mandela

An Interactive Lecture on Organizational Resilience

In a world facing collective trauma due to war, instability, and uncertainty, resilience has never been more essential—both personally and professionally. How do we support our employees in navigating stress, anxiety, and change while maintaining productivity and well-being?

Dr. Leetal Caidar Ben Zvi invites you to a powerful, interactive lecture that explores resilience in the workplace. Drawing from her doctoral research at EGS University in Switzerland, this session provides proven strategies and practical tools for strengthening emotional and mental resilience, managing crises, and fostering a sense of stability amid uncertainty.

The Science Behind Resilience

This lecture is based on the SOC (Sense of Coherence) model developed by researcher Aaron Antonovsky at Yale University. It focuses on three key pillars:

Comprehend – Understanding challenges and their impact
Manage – Developing strategies to navigate stress and adversity
Find Meaning – Strengthening internal anchors for lasting resilience

What You’ll Gain

Creative inspiration for handling pressure and uncertainty
Mental and emotional recharge for employees and leaders
Practical resilience-building techniques for individuals and teams
A stronger sense of purpose and clarity in personal and professional life

Designed for corporate teams, organizations, and high-pressure environments, this engaging and experiential session combines writing, creativity, and guided exercises to help employees reconnect with themselves, their goals, and their inner strength.

It’s time to recharge, refocus, and lead with resilience.
